Do you have a PC? Would you like to tell us about it?
I'll jump in as I'm having the same problem. The Tivo files are all fine as I'm able to play them back with no trouble.
I'm using a Dell XPS 8400, 3.6 ghz, 4 meg ram 600 gig hd, Samsung 206bw monitor, ATI Radeon HD 3650 card (1 gig), Plextor PX-716UF ext. DL DVD burner (with current firmware) and my beloved Creator 10.
Whether burning one file or multiple, the process hangs, sometimes at 13%, other times at 99% and when I finally cancel out of it (after 10 hours or so) the disc is unreadable.
I was told to do a clean uninstall (article # 86cr) and to download a new version from the website (RoxioEasyMediaCreator10.1_FA80AA50R13) but when I install it, it states it can't find the data1.cab file, right after it unzipped it all.
