David de Roxio
Do you guys even read whats written!! When I was trying to burn the dvd it says (photoshow is unable to find a connected dvd burner!).After playing around with Roxio for 3 days I contacted HP to see if the problem with my computer. They spent 2 hours checking everything and even trying the photoshow program.Th computer is only 1 year old,in perfect condition and can burn both dvds and cds in all other programs!!!!! HP also confirmed that it is definately a problem with your program. I cannot see, in any of your posts, that you have attempted to burn a disc using any other software. Have you verified that this drive burns at all? Did you follow the directions in the article? If so, did you have any trouble following the steps? 8Roys5
Please check that the drivers for your burner are up to date. Also, test the drive with another program to make sure it can burn at all. Do you guys even read whats written!! David de Roxio
Only one PhotoShow can be burned to a DVD. You may want to check out this article for burning help: http://kb.roxio.com/content/kb/General%20I...mation/000008GN
rere
I also cannot burn DVD's. I get a "failed to burn message" every time. I have new computer with Window's Vista. Is this why? Will Photoshow Deluxe 5 burn on Vista. I never had this problem on my old computer with Photoshow 5. Also, can you transfer picture files from one to the other if you have them both?
