Trouble Burning A Dvd With Video Copy And Convert

I have recently bought a download of EMC 10 and so far have not accomplished a single thing with it. This topic is about Video Copy and Convert. I set everythin ready to burn a DVd, including a nice customised meny page, but when i try to burn the DVD a message comes up saying 'Unspecified error [0x80004005]'.

 

Also when i click o n the options to have a DVD menu and click ok about 30 little messages come up one at a time saying a certain file is not found. The only way i can get rid of these messages is to click cancel...clicking ok does nothing.

 

Can anyone shed any light on to my problem for me?

 

I have already tried a clean install and cannot use certain other programs such as my DVD as it asks me to activate the codec MPEG-2 which i have already posted a question about as it won't let me. Also i don't want to use the creator classic as it doesn't allow me to create a Menu screen on my DVD and the trial i did create with it came out glitchy?

 

Light needs to be shedded please with any of my problems. I would be very grateful for any information that helps me

You have another thread going, Here, and the symptoms there need to be taken care of first! In fact I think when you fix that, all else (fingers crossed) will fall into place.
