Use Videowave (or Edit Video-Advanced in the Home page).

 

In Storyline view, insert a colored panel. Switch to Timeline and insert the video clip as an overlay to that colored panel. With the overlay selected, click the "More Settings" icon on top of the Preview screen. Choose the middle tab . There is a slider for Rotation.

That's cool. It was funny becasue it looked so much like my system I was surprised to see it in the chat window and thought some how it was dumping from my system automatically . Thanks for your help..
