theparnesster
I have a motion menu that fades up and out. I made text buttons in DVDit that fill when selected. My problem is that I need the buttons to show up after the motion menu fades up. Is there a way to do this. It seems that I can delay the subpicture, but I need to delay the actual button. Thanks. SS Scott
the button gets composited onto your menu the highlight does not so there is no way to do what you are asking for. you would have to do your text outside of DVDit.
fcosborne
I am trying to do something similar with having the buttons not appear until a few seconds or so after the first play title starts. I know that I have done it before. Somewhere there is a slider that you can set that delays the buttons appearance on the screen. But I have been searching all afternoon and can't figure it out this time. Any help is appreciated.
fcosborne
I reread the manual again!!! What I want to do, and it may work for you, has nothing to do with buttons. It is called setting the subpicture start point. The direction are on p. 126 of the pdf manual that I printed out. I think you will find the place to set the subpicture start point on the general tab of the menu attributes window. I don't have it in front of me at the moment and am trying to do this from memory. I can check it out better if you would like. Just post a reply.
