Roxio Creator 2009

Tried all suggestions made by Jason, Daniel, Peter from Roxio representatives and even exchanged the Roxio Creator 2009 which I originally purchased from Circuit City on Oct. 8 2008. They gave me a new one and tried installing it again. It was almost 93% done but frozen where it was installing EMC11 Content. When I cancelled and clicked the bar for EMC 11 Content, the screen showed the following :"You must install Roxio Easy Media 10 before

installing content." I don't have Rosio Easy Media 10, all I have is the Roxio Creator 2009. I even reinstalled the Windows Vista and tried installing Roxio 2009 again but to no avail. Is there anyone who can help me how to install the Roxio Creator 2009 successfully? I really need all the help I can get. I also have two tickets but nothing is being done by Roxio people. To save you a mile of reading, there is a Key in Registry that you will have to delete before installing the Content.

 

The key is specific to the version you have so you will have to search for the right Key.

 

Creator 2009:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{7A7B3764-7F17-4AB1-A1D3-3B01F5F07445}

 

Creator 2009 Ultimate:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{09EA3E66-F60C-45EF-9C16-6CA2262E21C4}

 

Creator 2009 Special Edition:
