Bill Byrnes
I have the same problem. I followed a clean install instructions to a T. It did not resolve the problem. I believe Roxio has a software bug that they have to address. I hope someone from Roxio is monitoring this discussion board.

Bill Byrnes
Jim: I am draggin the Documents folder (Vista). If I drag the individual folders and deselect a few, it will stop working but at a different file. I am assuming it is over 80 as from the first email in the thread. I did not count them, but I know that i can drag fewer folders with no problem. It is isnteresting that the scaled down data burn app does not have this problem. Thanks for your help. What is the total size you are "dragging"? 1. The program I am trying to use to make my burn is Creator Classic 2009. 2. The scaled down app is titled "Burn Data Disc" 3. The size of the files in the document folder is 4.95 GB. The "Dcoument" Folder and all files and sub-folders loads and burns correctly in "Burn Data Disc" but stops working in Creator Classic 2009. Thanks, Bill Byrnes Are you using disc spanning? A single, standard 4.7GB DVD will only hold 4.3GB of data. I have no problem burning data DVDs using Creator Classic 2009 and doubt very much that there is a bug.
