I captured a minidv tape and everything looked fine, I started editing and then noticed that the audio is out of sync with the video in the videowave preview. So I found the file that I had captured and played it with Windows media player and it is perfectly in sync. So I tried deleting the clip from my timeline, and putting it back in, but it's the same. And when double click the file in videowave's media selector, it plays fine there - perfectly in sync. So the only place it's not playing right, is in the preview window of videowave. Why would that be?
I have my options switched to Software.
I defragemented my drives and did a disk cleanup.
I closed down all programs before using Videowave.
I ran a virus checking program - no viruses.
I've been editing with Videowave for a few projects now, and it's worked fine in the past. In fact the only problem I've really had is glitchy playback in the preview window...which usually, sometimes inexplicably goes away. Sometimes I reupdate the graphics driver, even though it's already updated, and then it will play fine. Strange.

Any ideas?
