Video Card / Directx Issues

Hi,

 

The Roxio program I bought 2 weeks ago edited some video very well. This week I try to open the "Edit Video Advanced" tab and I get a prompt that reads:

 

 

There are insufficient graphic capabilities for this program to run. This could be caused by:

-Your video card driver may not fully suport Directx - Check for updated driver

-Your video card had is not sufficient for Directx

 

Please help - I have updated the directx and video card driver through Dell and still have no luck. I even reloaded the Roxio software top no avail

What make of Video Card do you have ? Try updating the driver through the manufacturers website. What OS are you using ?
