When backing up data files to a CD-RW, it took about one minute or more to eject the disk. So I uninstalled and reinstalled. Roxio EMC 7.5. After reinstalling, my 2 optical drives disappeared and the Drag-to-Disk icon indicates "No Recorder." The Device Manager showed exclamation points on both drives. I deleted the key values--lower and upper filter--in the Registry under System\Current Control Set. After restarting, the 2 optical drives appeared and there are no longer problem warnings in the Device Manager.
However, the Drag-to-Disk icon still shows "No Recorder." I tried to copy files to CD-R and RW and DVD R-RW but EMC still couldn't find the drive.
Please help me if there is any way to fix this problem.
