Problems With Converting To Wma Files

Recommended Posts

I was attempting to convert songs I had on a cd to WMA files and every cd I try and every song I try it says "error acessing file" everytime. Is there anyway that I can fix that?

I am not positive on this but I dont think the Basic version of ECDC 5 will do that (maybe another user will confirm this).

If you have the Platinum version you can use SoundStream. You could use a third party audio editor to do the conversion. There are many available for download at http://downloads-zdnet.com.com/3120-20-0.h...itor&tg=dl-2001.

What application are you trying to do this with, Spin Dr.? Or some other utility? Let me suggest that you try extracting the files from the CD to .WAV files on your hard drive first, and then try converting the .WAV files to .WMA files. Without knowing more about exactly what utility you're using to do this, that's the best I can suggest at this point.
