Lalind
I bought Creator 2009 and My DVD 10. No problem to install C 2009, but when I try to install My DVD, I get the message that I need EMC 10 to be able to install My DVD. Is it not possible to run My DVD with Creator 2009? Lalind
Yes, I only downloaded one file for each program. I thought the other file only was for multiple languages and nothing I needed. I have also contacted the store for cancelling the purchase of My DVD, after You told me that it is included in C2009. I hope it works. Now the problem is that the system can not find my orders. But I have contacted the sales support for that also. Thanks a lot for Your help. Without Your help I would not have an idea what the problems were.

Lalind
The error message is: EMC 10 Content InstallShield Wizard, You must install Roxio Easy Media Creator before installing the content. The file name of My DVD is: MyDVD10Content_3826AZS0SQA. The file name of Creator 2009 is: FN56IA50R13_Creator2009_11.0. The version is: 1.1.110; 4.12.00a. Build 111B10E, R03;411B33A, C11. Both are downloaded from Roxio.

Both are downloaded from Roxio. MyDVD10Content_3826AZS0SQA. is just the content file. You should also have a Program file which must be installed first for myDVD 10. Did you only download only one myDVD 10 file? There should be two files: the program and the Content. Similarly for Creator 2009 you should have downloaded two files: the program file (FN56GA50R13_RoxioCreator2009.exe) which you seem to have downloaded and then you should have downloaded the Content file: FP19AZS0SQA_EMC11Content_7Lang.exe
Lalind
Why did you buy my DVD 10? That program is is basically included in C2009 except its called myDVD 11 The thing is that I first bought My DVD. I thought it was that I only program I needed to make slideshows and burn it on a DVD. But when the program told me that I also need the Creator to install it, I bought that too. Jim_Hardin
Ouch! As I see it, DVD 10 does lack VideoWave which would be a handicap… Clear up the 2009 problem for us. When you attempt to install it is it during the Content that you get the message about installing EMC 10? There are specific solutions depending on the specific error message! If that is the message then we would have to know the version of 2009 you have. They all start with "Creator" then there is 2009; 2009 Ultimate & 2009 Special Edition.
