I/o Error When Burning To Blu Ray

Ludwig Productions

I only seem to get this error when I am burning larger files. I am running some tests and so far I have found that the following are not factors (on smaller files such as 30 seconds of HD footage): bit rates, frame rates, joliet support, video files themselves & creating new or working within existing projects don't seem to affect anything. So far the only factor that remains constant that seems responsible for generating this error is the video length (over an hour). All of my mini test burns have been successful. Next I will be trying to burn a 10 minute video and then 30 minutes and so on until I discover the length limit.

Even when I figure out what the limit is, I'm wondering if I can find out from anyone if this is avoidable and if I would be able to actually fill up the 25gb disk.

Thanks in advance!
