I recently got Creator 2009 ultimate for Vista 64 and was able to install with no problem and record but my second drive(D:) died and had to reinstall on replacement drive and have kept getting the wizard is iterrupted when it tries to install directx 9c. I tried all of the suggested fixes in the discussion without success including:
)deleting all registry entries of Sonic and Roxio and other file folders under C: and D:
)installing net Framewaork 3.5 and Directx9c
)looking for dsetup.dll and not finding it in System 32
)copying the Program to hard drive and running setup
)setting up new user to install program
)using msconfig to disable startup programs and launch Disable UAC
)deleting registry reference of roxio in wow6432
)disabling Trend Micro security
)talking to Tech Support and am waiting for Level 2 Tech
)not finding the registry key mentioned in discussion group"software\microsft\windows etc.{09*}
Does anyone have any ideas? I would appreciate any help. Thanks
