Why Doesn't Label Creator Auto-fill?

Using Label Creator from EMC 10 won't auto-fill the 'smart objects' from a commercial audio CD. If I access the same disc in, say, Creator Classic module or the Rip CD module, the Gracenote flag appears and then the title and tracks are listed. Is this a bug or do I have a problem with my config?

I think what happens is that Label Creator gets its info from Creator Classic or whatever part of the suite that is used to create the disc - it doesn't fetch anything itself but relies on the other apps to do it
