Avi. Formats

Recommended Posts

I am having trouble seeing or burning avi. formatts. What can i do? Those formatts have the best movie downloads. When i want to see a movie with avi. the media player comes up and says this type of movies are not supported.

These are public boards, regularly searched by google and other search engines, which in turn are searched by spammers seeking email addresses to harvest.

I'd suggest you edit your post to delete your email address.

Another thing you might try is downloading a program called GSpot and then opening the file with it.It will tell you the codec that was used to make it and if you have it on your machine. If you don't you can try getting it off the web and installing it on your machine and then seeing if you can play the files.I had this problem and that was what was wrong for me.Chances are if you downloaded it they could be some form of Divx and you need the correct codec to view them.
