titanium bronze Posted November 7, 2008 Report Share Posted November 7, 2008 I installed video lab 10 on my computer,when I tried to run the program a window opened but it started flashing (with a Internet Explorer can't open the web page message.) I did a clean installation with anti-virus disabled and now when I try to run the program, it just opens up a all white window with 3 text fields and the word roxio at the upper left of the window (a box with an x also appears beside the word roxio). I'm connected to the internet and have not been experiencing any connection problem. I also checked the computer log when this happend and it said I needed to "grant activation permission for the com server application with CLSID. I'm not a real Tech but it seems as though during installation the program had to get files or data through the internet and was not allowed b/c there was no permission for the com server, is this correct? if not is there some one out there that can help me with this issue, I paid $40 for this software and can't find the receipt. Wonder if Titanium ever got the product registered? Titanium came back the day of the original post but hasn't been back since. Looks like the registration server was down.
