The Window Simulation Does Not Appear

Hello. the window of simulation does not appear. With Escape, it come full screen but with other resolution it disappears (but the sumulation run). When I stop simulation, no windows become active. I must kill the process and restart ! Thanks for help.

I find a solution. Deletion of following keys : "Simulation Ratio" and "SimulationDlgPos" in [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Roxio\DVDit Pro HD\Preferences] and now it run fine !!!
