I have the same problem

Roxio doesn't recognise an empty DVD (or any other DVD for that matter) at the point that I can put in an empty DVD for burning. I can see that my D-file is empty. When I close Roxio, suddenly my computer dóes show there is an DVD in the D-file. I've tried several DVD's, but there isn't one that's being recognised while Roxio is running. Does anyone have an quick solution? My notebook is brandnew, I use Vista.

Greetings, Masha

Give me a moment… post-39730-1226700347.jpg No, it still seems cloudy…

It is frustrating but without details no one will be able to help. Describe each step in detail so someone who can't see over your shoulder could picture what you are doing.

Oh, it is prudent to have an RW or 2 on hand while learning burning programs.
