Problem Updating To 9.0.4

Hello,

 

This is my first time posting so sorry in advanced if missed something. Toast notified me that a new version was available to download so I downloaded version 9.0.4 and replaced 9.0.2 . When I opened Toast it started the setup assistant and asked for my product key. My friend bought it for me online so I went to the Roxio website and found the product code, I typed it into Toast but the continue button is grayed out. Did I do something wrong? I looked though the forums but did not find anything. Any help is much appreciated.

Every time you upgrade, you will be asked for your product key. Double check that you typed it in correctly. You probably put the letter "O" instead of the number "0" or vice versa. Also, I don't know how picky it is about the "dashes" and capital letters.

 

Also, make sure you are typing in the product key for Toast 9, and not an older version you also own.
