Converting To Mp4/ipod With Emc 9

I have Easy Media Creator 9 I I copy tv shows to a dvd recorder I then make a dvd from the recorder. When I try to convert the dvd to a mp4 or ipod and save it to my movies the file reads MAQ00001 click on it and it says Error 2010 movie contains invalid data. I have been doing this without a problem but now this happens. Am I missing a step when I try to convert? Thanks

Do you have Quicktime installed on the computer?

 

It may need that as it's an Apple proprietary format

Thanks, I reinstalled Roxio and everything is fine.
