Is that Creator 2009? Please don't add to the confusion by shortening the name. There is Easy Media Creator 9 that some people shorten to Creator 9. If it is Creator 2009 then did you install the other programs that came with the Ultimate? You have to install Sound Soap and SmartSound SonicFire Pro™ separately. You should have the keys for those.
