Lutin
I am trying to burn a widescreen avi movie to dvd to be watched on a standard television set in a letterbox format, but all I get is an image filling the entire screen with the left and right sides cropped out. Any help? Edited November 16, 2008 by Lutin

Any help? Click the More button at the lower left of the Video window and choose Encoder and Custom. There you'll see an option to force a 16:9 aspect ration. Choose Save as Disc Image and preview the mounted disc image in DVD Player to check that it works the way you want before burning the disc image to DVD using the Image File setting in the Copy window.
