Vhsc To Dvd, What Do I Need?

riverwar

Question

my system meets all the requirements for the Creator 2009, which i am thinking of purchasing so that i can transfer about 3 dozen vhsc tapes to dvd.

besides the Creator 2009, and the Roxio Video Capture USB, is this all that is needed to complete the hardware hookup, and allow for the video transfer?

i am assuming that the Roxio Video Capture USB is the same as a video capture card?

Yep,that's all you should need,besides a VCR that is....lol

Follow the directions included to get the device working.

Connect the VCR to the USB device.

Use Media Import to capture the tapes.

no vcr, but i can play the vhsc tapes through the camera they were recorded on, connected to the Roxio Video Capture USB, which is then connected to pc, which i then assume are stored on my hard drive?

then, from there, i use the Creator 2009 to manipulate and copy that file to dvd?
