I am trying without much success to add the TORN edge to a photo. I do exactly what the "help" section says, after double clicking the TORN look I want it does one of the following two things: it goes blank OR it puts a square black border around my picture.

I believe that feature is broken in version 10. It worked in version 9, broke in 10, and fixed in Creator 2009.

Ok..... so will Roxio give me a link to upgrade that part for free?

I don't think there is available a fix for that, but I cannot speak for Roxio..
