I agree 100% with JamesT. I am working in a PC with Windows Vista Bussiness Edition. I use an Acer TravelMate 4720 compu with 2GHz speed, but nothing. Worst of all I could not get my product registered. The program crashed, and give me some errors. I followed the instructions give in the customer service, worth nothing page, but I could not get it working.

 

Som of the tricks given regarding msgm or something like that did not work, but I changed all my computer setting. No sure if I will be able to restablish myself. I could not get my slideshows prepared for my family.

 

I love the Sonic MyDVD edition

I just bought this today.

So I did the install and "Create DVD - Advanced" came up with an error and exited me, there are other parts of the program not working also. I then used the instructions to start with a 'fresh' install and it still errors out on me.

 

Error:

AppName: videowave11.exe AppVer: 10.0.6.84 ModName: unknown

ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 0000b7a4

 

 

What now?

 

 

No offense, but this is the worst program I have ever installed on a computer, and I have been doing this since the early '80's.

So what is your problem? I can't figure it out from your post. For example, what is this supposed to mean "Som of the tricks given regarding msgm or something like that did not work"?

 

BTW, James T has his program working if you had read the rest of his posts.
