Server Communications Problems

I have been trying, for two days, to upload a photo show from photo show 4. I keep getting the same error message "Sorry you are having difficulty conencting to the server - try again". This keeps happening, eveyrytime, now, that I try to uplaod to the server to share a photo show. I have tried deleting cookies, files, and have cleaned out everything in Explorer and shuht off firewall - to no avail - it just will not go through - yet I can upload to Kodak, Shutterfly, Walgreen's - why is Photo Show so impossible to upload? If anyone can hlpe me, I would apprecaite it. I am waiting for a repsonse from Roxio - but they will probably send me the same suggestions I have already tried.

when I use the old photoshow5 i am able to download shows I have sent myself without the error message that says photohow cannot reach the servers on the internet. it suggests that there is a firewall problem but Norton has uato or accept for all roxio software

 

When I use photoshow ONLINE and do editing and save it, I get your error message about cant access pc from internet after file saved in new changed format....So i guess it is saying that the new online software is incompatible with the old software of photoshow 5 deluxe.

So I gues you can play it in order to download it. But do NOT edit it online. Afterwards you cannot bring it back down to the old software.

 

If your are using an older version, like 4, it may also be incompatible. it is not that you cant reach the server, but perhaps that the server cannot accept you show.

Did you ever get a resolution to this? I am a returning customer to Comcast and am having the SAME problem with PhotoShow Duluxe 4.0.

I worked with Comcast and they had a technician create a PhotoShow Circle using PhotoShow Deluxe 4.0 (Vista) and were successful uploading photoshows. So it isn't the software - at least not the 4.0 with the Vista patch.
