Emc9 & Office 2007

Are there any issues with these two programs. I have spent countless hours creating a slideshow in Videowave and when I try to create the dvd I get an error 8004520c error while encoding movie. I've created a dvd recently and it worked out fine. The only thing I can think of is that I installed Office 2007. Any assistance with this is greatly appreciated.

I do remember that Office 2007 was a problem with an earlier version of EMC, and with a lot of other programs. It may have been EMC 9, but I thought that MS had a fix, although I am not sure.

 

I still use Microsoft Office XP (2002) and have no problems.

 

Try switching to Software Render, and see if that solves your problem.

I have EMC 9 and Office 2007 on two different PCs and they appear to cooperate well together. However, the error that you have encountered has previously been observed. Be sure that your video drivers, DVD firmware and Directx software are up to date. If that is the case, then a clean install plus the EMC 9 update are in order.
