the error message at the top of the screen reads "there is a problem writing to the Disc. You can try again by clicking the retry button. you will need another blank disc."
HIstory I can burn one disc to another, then when I try to do diferent DVD, I can not do so!
i click on the "Done" button and then click on "new project" button and start by cliking on the souce button and entering drive "E" then I go to the distantion button and click on drive "D". it seems to start but then I get the above error message.
If there is anyone who can help me please do so. All I use the program for is to copy DVD-R Disc.
I have a Magnavox DVD Burner where I take a VHS tape and convert it to a DVD-R.
Then I take it and make a back up copy on my computer while I start a new tape.
I am presently set for a quick raw burn under tools and options.
I hope this is enough information to get ssome help.
I have Roxio 1.0.015, eazy media Creator 10.
I have been told to uninstall it and reinstall it and it works for one burn maybe two and then it won't bunr anything.
I also have bought Roxio media 9 and uninstalled 10 and tried to do it on 9 and I get one and it again will stop and do the same thing.
