Hi All,

 

Anybody help me... As the error occur when i exit the program. I review some advise update but cannot resolve...

 

The error as below:

 

"The exception unknown software exception (0xc000001e) occurred in the application at location 0x00b3ae29.

 

The instruction at "0x0000008a" referenced memory at " 0x0000008a". The memory could not be "read".

 

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library.

 

Program:...ommon files\Sonic shared\Sonic central\Main\mediahub.exe

 

R6025

-pure virtual function call"

 

Pls help me...

Thanks for the link. I'm having the same problem, but when I ran the patch, the first yes/no response was to uninstall the RecordNow. Not sure what this means. Will the patch reinstall RecordNow? The program came as OEM on my Dell Dimension E510, xp sp3, Windows Media Player 11.

The about help in RecordNow shows:
