Installation Error..must Install Easy Media Creator 10..

HELP... I just spent 65 bucks on this program. Installed it on my old laptop and it crashed it ....went out and purchased this new laptop and today tried to load this software and it stop almost at the end of installation with error...

you must install easy media creator 10 before installing content

then it stops the installation...

 

WHAT DO I DO????
