Has anyone else found that when encoding with MPEG-4 AVC onto DVD or DVD+DL that the Toast encoder doesn't stick to the max bitrate setting?
I've burned a couple of files onto DVD in Blu-ray format only to find out that the bitrate, which isn't supposed to top 17 Mbps, spikes to 27 Mbps, which exceeds the maximum allowed by AVCHD. I find this typically happens when I'm going from a still title frame to video using a transition from Final Cut Express. The same problem does not occur when using MPEG-2
