sknis
Unable to download Toast 9.04 update Try again, maybe the server was down earlier. "This updates any prior version of Toast 9 Titanium to version 9.0.4 and includes all previous version 9 updates. ..... This will not update any version of Toast 7 or Toast 8. Important: Before downloading, verify if you need this update. Select “About” from the “Toast Titanium” menu. If the version number is “9.0.4” or later, you do not need to download this update." I followed instructions and downloaded. Everything went well. I bought version 9.0.1 about a couple of weeks ago via disc. I thought I downloaded 9.0.4 and when I went to move it to the applications folder a message came up asking whether I wanted to exchange an older version with a newer one already on my HD. I have 9.0.1 on my HD. I assume the update is 9.0.4 but why do I get that message? How can be contact via e-mail or phone tech. service?

You need to ignore that message and trust that 9.0.4 is the latest version. This issue has appeared with other recent Toast updates and it just needs to be ignored.
