Can Not Contact Roxio

CAN NOT ACTIVATE CINEPLAYER OFF LINE.

 

DOES ANYONE THINK THEY CAN HELP?

 

Software is OK.

Key is OK.

The problem is the computer the software is intended for is not able to interface with the internet. They do not even have an internet connection.

It is now 15 days and still no response from roxi, is this tipical.

no information in data base.

Message says contact roxi for additional key.

Extreemly frustrated to say the least.

I think the registration server may be down - I was re-formatting and re-installing my system last night and couldn't get it.

 

Just keep trying and it should be back at some atage

Registration was confirmed x 5. I also created 3 x tickets and was asked not to create multiple tickets. I can't remember if they were automated.

My main gripe is that there dosn't seem to be any way to (A) Get a timely answer to such a simple question, that has such a simplistic answer, an aditional key.

it seems to be very poor, with a care factor of zero.

If yourself or anyone else can think of something that can help,ie break in? The way Its looking, It may be the only way I ever see my $15 bucks again. US.

Perhaps it's time for your mate to bring his box and a few tinnies to your place for a few minutes - as long as he's not living too far away.

 

I know there has to be a proper technical way to do it, but if they're not telling you how then at least a connection at your place would get it going.
