martyy Posted November 28, 2008 Report Share Posted November 28, 2008 CAN NOT ACTIVATE CINEPLAYER OFF LINE. DOES ANYONE THINK THEY CAN HELP? Software is OK. Key is OK. The problem is the computer the software is intended for is not able to interface with the internet. They do not even have an internet connection. It is now 15 days and still no response from roxi, is this tipical. no information in data base. Message says contact roxi for additional key. Extreemly frustrated to say the least.
