Easy Cd & Dvd Creator V6

I have used Easy CD & DVD Creator v6 for several years on my previous computer with Windows XP. Now I have a new computer with Vista. I have tried several times to install the software to my new computer without success. It crashes my computer everytime and I have to go through the restore process with each attempt. Is there a compatibility issue?

You would need at least Easy Media Creator 9.1. Or, EMC 10, or "Creator 2009" (they called it that instead of EMC 11).

For any of them check the System Requirements before buying - they are much higher than ECD/DVDC 6.

However, there are also burning capabilities in Vista - depending on what you are trying to do.

Yes, Easy CD & DVD Creator v6 cannot run in Vista. The only "fix" is buying yourself Vista-compatible software, I'm afraid. :(

Thank you for your quick reply. I was afraid I might get an answer like yours. I guess I will have to look into spending money, again.

Thank you for your reply. I will have to look into it.

Be very VERY sceptical of the quoted 'minimum requirements' - they are a joke.

Basically double up at least on the RAM and also make sure you have a decent graphics card

Thank you for your reply.
