Have tried to download the PX Engine from the above page but the link only opens the Support home page. Help? Works for me on both IE 7 & Firefox. If you still cant get to it, when in the Support page just go into the Search the Knowledgbase and type in...px engine.

I can access the knowledge base page but when I click on the PX Engine download link it only opens the support home page. Thanks That also works fine for me, as soon as I click on the PX Engine 4 10 28a it starts the download. Maybe your Firewall is preventing the download, disable it temporarilly. 0 col0320
I have the same problem and I contacted ROXIO They gave me a list of things to do which I did but still NO recognition of my drives. Windows Vista sees them OK but NOT ROXIO Creator 2009. I am ready to give up and go back to Nero.

If the PXengine 4 didn't work, then try this one: http://images.roxio.com/en/support/pxengine3_00_58a.zip If that doesn't work, come back and let us know. [/color]============================================================== You Sir are a Genious. That worked and so thank you very much. I was disappointed that Roxio sells you a product, gives you bum information and then tells you to go "pound salt" and find out how to solve the problem yourself. Not what I would call a "User Friendly" outfit. Anyway they told me to download another px engine which did not solve the problem. Then they tell you to go into msconfig and unselect everything which I did and NONE of that worked !@! . So then the "Go Pound Salt" message comes which says go out into that big black hole called the Internet and maybe, just maybe someone will rescue you. So as you can imagine, I was at this point feeling helpless not knowing if ANYONE else had this problem and then along came you. Thank you very much. I appreciate it. You're welcome, and I can understand your frustration that the newest PX Engine, that you first tried, is broken, and has not been fixed and probably never will be.
