I think so, they seem to have a fairly generous return policy.
All of these replys are good, however, I am having the same issue. What is different (for me) is that my video capure and SOUND work just fine with other software...just not Roxio. I think the problem is deeper than simple mechanics and hardware issues. My suspicion is that Roxio simply has not provided the proper hardware detection and interfaces to work properly. In short, it's a Roxio problem and should not be blamed on the customer. If there is a fix or patch for it, I'm not seeing it in the FAQ's or user posts. Bottom line, I'd try another brand of software...if I didn't already have Roxio, I'd never buy it because it is fraught with problems; this is just ONE of them.
