Although it was clean, I still did the cleaning with a CD cleaner process. As for the customer service, I only have 866-280-7694 and every coice I make puts me into a voice system with links to the web site. NO ACTUAL PERSON. If from a store, then I don't think you will be able to download the Special Edition since that is not available as a download and is only sold through these stores. The only difference between the special edition and the standard edition is the added USB capture device. The standard application should work with my key.
