Syrallas
Can this be done? Which program accepts mpeg4 files? Have you tried extracting the audio from the clip using Roxio Media Manager? Though I haven't made cds from extracted audio, I would think that you could make cds depending on the format of your extracted audio.

tbrewst
If these are m4a files that came from iTunes then Roxio won't use them. We'd be back to the Roxio won't use Proprietary or Copy Protected files.

Jim_Hardin
I have tried, but no luck. Maybe there is something wrong with the original file. thanks, Could you spell out 'no luck'??? For that matter, what was it that you tried? If they play and have sound, then there is sound that can be extracted. No sound, nothing to extract. Syrallas
Did you buy EMC10 separately or was this pre-bundled w/ your pc?
Clybella
I bought EMC 10 seperately. I tried to listen to the individual files but could not get any program I had to play them. I understand that there may be an issue as they are m4a files. Anyway, I did find a free converter program which will split a large file of MP3 to smaller files and that seems to be working for me. thanks,

Now you are talking about m4a files as well as splitting large mp3 files Exactly what are your trying to do ?

That is why it is important to give the proper information, in the first post. Something that Clybella didn't do.
