Roxio Central Fix

Hi all I have been told via Customer Supoort that this is the fix for the Roxio Central Error that a few of us have/had

here it is

 

1. Copy the 'BackOnTrack' folder from /Program Files/Roxio to the /Program Files/Roxio Creator 2009 folder

2. Then delete the 'Roxio' folder

3. Now start RoxioCentralFx.exe from the Roxio Creator 2009\Roxio Central 4 folder

 

 

I hope it helps I found my own fix then 1 week later this arrived so I hope someone else can use it

One addition. If a person has other Roxio suites installed, on their computer, they won't be wanting to delete the Roxio folder.

This "solution" will cripple other Roxio programs that rely on the Roxio folder being present.

 

I tried it and this was one result…

 

 

Either there was more to it or it only applies to WinOnCD or the tech did not think it through...
