Roxmediadb11 Module Stopped Working...and

Roxio Creator 2009 Ultimate, Vista home premium. My problem still exist,

after clean instal as sugested. I have follow clean instal instructions

step by step... (unistal program, remove all folders - hidden ones as well,

msconfig as described, clear registry, clear registry using registry cleaner from roxio website,

windows install clean up, copy instal dvd to desctop, after instaling - instal

update for creator 2009)...and I'm still getting this three error measeages one by one

when adding pictures to slidshow, when creating dvd movie disc:

 

1. RoxMediaDB11 Module stopped working

2. VideoWave 11 has stopped working

3. Runtime error: Program:...Creator 2009 Ultimate\Roxio Central 4\RoxioCentralFx.exe

R6025 - pure virtual function call.

 

My computer has 2Ghz ram, 2.2 intel2core, Nvidia 8600gs, blu rey recorder, 500 Gb hard disc

I have also updated my graphic card to the latest driver and manualy asigne more virtual memory

on each drive (up to 5 Gb, max 6Gb). Any suggestions welcome.

Wireless mouse? If so what version of driver?

 

Check something in msconfig.

 

Under Services tab see if the following are selected…

 

RoxioUpnP Render 11

Roxio Upnp Server 11

RoxMediaDB11

 

If not select them and reboot. (don't do more – don't do less)

 

Now try them.

I have checked msconfig service tab and all roxio services are selected.

My logitech wierless driver was a windows one, but as sugessted I made a install of the

up to date driver for it and try again, but problem still exist. Exacly the same

The mouse driver in question was a MS one. If you have a wired one I would delete the current mouse & driver and reboot with the wired one installed. Just to make sure this isn't the conflict.

 

No change? I would put the mouse back the way it was and try another Clean Install.
