Erase Disc

Question

I tried erasing the content of a +RW disc. There are two choices: Quick Erase and Full Erase. The Ful Erase takes a longer time. What's the difference between the two choices and under what condition will you use one over the other?

Quick erases the TOC or the lead in, so the disc appears empty. Full erase would be like the disc was new no data left, like deep format on a HD. I would expect to see better burn quality if the disc has been fully erased. If the disc had been used in packet writing software and you wanted to erase and use in a Creator project, I would do a full erase.
