Error Message - Is It Creator 2009 Related?

This product was the very latest program I've installed on my computer. Since installing, I get the following error message as the computer boots up: "Windows - No Disk" in the blue banner and the following error message below: "Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf7c 4 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c" I am on a process of elimination. Do you think that this message is as a result of some interaction between your program and the computer or something else?

If EMC was the last program you installed, I do have to ask where you got it, because the commercial discs do NOT have that
