Emc 6 And & Basic

I would like to do a clean install to remove all the junk out of my folders and registry for EMC 6 and 7 basic and was wondering if anyone could lead me to a section that might have that info. I have seen the clean install for EMC 10, but it says it is only for v7.1 and up. I would appreciate it very much if anyone could help me out. Thanks a bunch!!!!

Thanks very much for your reply. Before I start, I do have EMC 6 & 7 basic. Now the second d/load is for a clean install of EMC 9 or 10. Will this mess me up in any way that you can think of? I do have a Sonic software installed, "Sonic Cineplayer Mpeg Combo Pack" which is a video decoder, but I can uninstall it first before I do the clean uninstall. I think that would be the proper way and then reinstall it also after everything is done. Do you agree with this idea? Before I begin all this I will copy an image.reg file of my hard drive to the desktop or just make a backup of my registry. Thanks again!!

)nce 6 and 7 are gone there shouldn't be any problems

 

As for the Sonic Cineplayer - remove that as well - Cineplayer is part of the full EMC installation
