13badgers
Help!! I have just got Creator 2009 and I am having trouble burning the DVD. It comes up with the error message 80070015 error while encoding Movie 1. Has anyone got an idea what this means and how I resolve it. I'm a bit dim when it comes to PC's so an idiot proof answer would be great! Thanks in advance! Forgot to say i'm using Vista if that makes a difference Edited December 10, 2008 by 13badgers

0 Beerman
10 points for your subject line. Make sure your video card has the latest drivers and you have the latest version of DirectX. For the drivers, you should contact your manufacturers web site. Also, please post your computer info such as brand and model and the specs of the unit. Something might stick out to help us figure out the problem. Lastly, it might also be helpful if you could post the steps you are taking to make this dvd.
