I have Roxio Creator 2009 - I am running Windows XP - I have already uninstalled & re-installed program several time and I have been able to make several slide shows w/video, audio, & pictures - they have all turned out okay and I have managed to burn to DVD - however recently I try to make a new slide show w/Videowave and when adding photos the program seems to lock up or hang up - the hour glass is on screen like program is working, but nothing happens and I end up shutting computer down completely.
I have cleaned up temp files - I have restarted numerous times - I have even deleted the slide shows and pictures off my computer I have already used to hopefully make program work better. I have also cleared the proxy files, etc.
Does anyone have any other suggestions? Any help will be appreciated - be gentle - I am new to this, but I am really stressing cause I am supposed to have about 4 slide shows completed by tomorrow (Friday Dec 12) and I am short 2 that are needing to be done.
