Is Roxio Creator Premier Sd 10.1 The Same As Sonic Digital Media Lev7

I had Sonic DigitalMedia LE v7 loaded on my Dell Dimension 2400 (Windows SP 2 Home Edition) computer over 3 years ago and contacted Dell tech that a dialog box, Sonic Update Manager' was appearing on my desktop screen each time I booted up. Roxio's fix did not work, so I contacted Dell and the company sent me 5 discs for my computer, one being Roxio Creator Premier SD 10.1

I tried to install this Creator and it didn't install.

Is this Creator a newer version of the LE v7
