You were given an answer in your other thread so please don't say you were given no help.

How did you make a qic file. If you used Windows, then this should help.

BUMP is Back Up MY PC. It is what you made the file with originally so you have it somewhere - either on an original EMC 7 disc or hopefully in a copy of that program. Did you purchase EMC 7 or was it pre-installed on your Dell? If pre-installed, you should be able to reload that from those discs.

If not,has several of them [/url]that you may want to consider. I'm sorry, very little is free and that is an obsolete (to Roxio) program. You have to consider how valuable the files on that disc are.

By the way, is you sent in a request to Roxio and did not get a response, then you may have them blocked as spam.

Deb, get rid of your phone number. No one, in these forums, is going to call you, but some spammer might.

Also, to quote someone, just click on the Reply button. The Quote button does not do what one would think it should.
