Converting Video Ts. To Apple Tv

I like using convert festure to compress file size of some of my dvd's. I noticed on some when the process is over the the last 10 - 15 seconds are clipped off. It usually isnt a big deal but on some projects it can be frustrating. Is there something can do to prevent this?

 

I run the latest version of roxio toast 9 on an intel core duo mac.

I've read other posts about this and hoped that the 9.0.4 update addressed the issue. I don't know if this will make any difference but try using the Toast Media Browser to extract the MPEG video from the VIDEO_TS folder and convert the MPEG video instead. This is done by choosing Video Files as the format and choosing DVD with the top button of the Media Browser. Place the VIDEO_TS folder on the desktop or in the Movies folder. Double click on what appears in the browser window to see the list of titles. Drag what you want to the Video window.
