Problem I'm having is the icon on the desktop won't work? I have un installed and re installed the program and still doesn't work. Can someone please direct me in the right direction so I can fix this. Thanks........
gi7omy
Do the links in the start menu still work? Also, what OS is on the laptop and what SP number?
rocketmanzzz
Do the links in the start menu still work? Also, what OS is on the laptop and what SP number? Both computers have the same OS and same SP, this new desktop is a transitional computer that came with XP Pro plus came with the Vista upgrade OS disk if I ever want to use it. I gave up on the Roxio Easy Creator v6 and installed v7 on both computers and it's really a better program than the v6. Thanks for the reply.
